This 8 Week Summer Shred Challenge is designed around 3 phases and each phase has a very specific goal in mind in order for us to maximize our 8 weeks together!
Phase 1: Foundation- Building the strength and skills needed to develop the physique through compound exercises such as Squats, Glute Bridges, Lunges and Shoulder presses.
Phase 2: Growth- The Incorporation of heavier weights and more challenging exercises such as deadlifts and Bulgarian split squats to challenge your body and force it into growth. Intensifiers are in abundant here.
Phase 3: Sculpting- While still peforming our main lifts, we will also incorporate very specific isolation exercises to help shape the muscle and to also expand on our mind to muscle connection through various techniques.
Overall, the program will include progressive overload to gradually increase the resistance and intensity of the exercises, proper warm-up and cool-down routines, and adequate rest and recovery time to prevent injury and optimize muscle growth. This never-before-seen program will elevate your physique.
